Certain customers have been notified that their Animal Crossing: New Horizons pre-orders on Amazon have been delayed until Tuesday, 24 March.

While it's understandable why Amazon has had to change when it will deliver the game, it seems a number of New Horizonspurchasers weren't very happy to learn that the delivery has been pushed back a few days, especially as the major online retailer only notified them a day before release. Seeing as many will get the chance to jump into the exciting new Nintendo title tomorrow, it is undeniably a major disappointment for avid fans of the franchise, who must now wait an additional four days to kickstart their desert island experience.
